• Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document. Material prices and availability can change.
• The final scope, price, and terms for any project are set out in the written estimate or contract you approve.

We make every effort to begin and complete work on schedule. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, and conditions discovered on site. We will keep you informed of any significant changes. Exterior work in particular is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety and quality.

Payment terms — including any deposit, progress payments, and final balance — are stated in your written estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law. If you have any concerns about an invoice, please contact us promptly so we can resolve them.

We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty we offer is described in your written estimate or contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized alterations, failure to perform required maintenance, misuse, or damage from events beyond our control such as severe storms.

To help your project go smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas of your property.
• Identify any known hazards, underground utilities, or property line concerns before work begins.
• Confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work.
• Keep children and pets clear of active work zones.

Where required, we will obtain or assist with the permits applicable to your project, as agreed in your contract. Our work is performed to meet applicable building codes for the type of work and location. Any work performed by others, or changes you request that depart from code or our recommendations, are not our responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanchez Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Information on this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and these website Terms do not reduce the obligations set out in any signed project contract.
